Hi! I’m André Pousaz, a Switzerland-based pro bass player with a track record of more than 25 years of stage experience all over the world. Straight from my first encounter with the studio environment I have been fascinated by recording rooms all along. Countless hours spent in recording rooms and numerous sessions fostered both an artistic and technical understanding of the ins and outs of the studio world – all of which now contributes to my very own Sound Lab. My auditory toolbox comprises a skilful pair of trained ears, an imaginative capacity, an incentive to take musical decisions and a decent supply of professional equipment. My preferred areas of work focus on bass recording, mixdowns of live performances and high-end mastering.
